I invite you to submit a paper to a special issue of Performance Improvement journal (PIJ), published by the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) in partnership with John Wiley & Sons. Dedicated to performance improvement practitioners and scholar-practitioners, the journal publishes articles on important developments and trends in workplace improvement; integrative reviews and viewpoints including research articles; and evidence-based practices, models, and techniques, covering all phases of the human performance improvement process.
