At THE Performance Improvement Conference 2014 in Indianapolis, I want to work with you to answer the question: Is agile compatible with human performance technology (HPT)? This is a preview of my 75-minute Educational Session. As a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) working at a technology company developing its software in an agile fashion, I have spent a lot of time considering the compatibility of the two approaches.
