Established in 1987 in Shenzhen, the forefront of China’s reform and opening-up drive, China Merchants Bank (CMB) is China’s first joint-stock commercial bank and also the first bank to attend the national experiment for the promotion of China’s banking industry reform driven by endeavors from outside the government.
The institute is global. Members of its communities of practice (CoPs) both live and work in different parts of the world. We have no boundaries. Our work to-date has been serving clients at the national level within the United States, but these projects include functions occurring in multiple countries. Our organization approaches human performance technology in consideration of cultural, societal, organizational, and individual attributes, attitudes, and perspectives.
IBI International provides consulting services and technical assistance in developing countries, particularly those recovering from conflicts, to improve economic growth and governance. Human performance technology methodologies offer a clear path to institutional rebuilding in such situations.
