THE 43rd CONFERENCE

IFTDO LogoThis year the topic of “The Leadership Impact on Human Resources Development” will be the title of the International Conference organized by Dubai Police General Headquarters represented by Dubai Police Academy in cooperation with International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO) from 10-12 March, 2014 to complete the theme of “Knowledge and Human Resources” which started in 2008.

In this conference, we will present and introduce the latest studies, insights, developments, and scientific researches on the same theme and the impact on the total development on the progress and advancement of the nations and their aspiration for welfare and prosperity- we will also work to benefit from the participants through brainstorm activities, workshops, open discussions and practical applications to formulate the vision and reach to useful practical and scientific suggestions and recommendations under the supervision of the best leaders, experts, scholars, researchers and intellectuals at the local, regional and global level.
