On April 25, 2013, the ninth China Enterprise Training & Development Annual Conference had its grand opening in Wuxi City of Southeast China. From April 25 to 27, more than 1,500 professionals attended the conference, over 100 industry leaders presented, and approximately 50 sponsors and vendors participated in the exhibition. It was one of the most important annual events in the booming training and development industry in China. As a fledgling organization established just several months ago, the ISPI China Chapter made a dazzling debut, which added luster to the whole conference and impressed all participants.

During the conference, the booth of ISPI-China was always surrounded by attendees who wanted to see new trends in performance improvement. ISPI-China staff satisfied their curiosity by providing both fundamental ideas and real-life examples. The HENGAN GROUP and Haagen-Dazs appeared in the booth as special sponsors of ISPI-China, which demonstrated the value of partnership. A group of energetic college students surprisingly showed up in the ISPI-China booth as volunteers, bringing a fresh wind to the event.

China5On April 26, ISPI-China held an educational session titled “To Be Business Partners–Performance Improvement Transforming Corporate Universities.” The conference room with a maximum capacity of 450 people was packed throughout the whole session!
