Moseley, CPT, EdD, LPC, CHES, Wayne State University; and the late Joan C. Dessinger, CPT, EdD, The Lake Group, for their work on the Fundamentals of Performance Improvement: Optimizing Results Through People, Process, and Organizations, 3rd edition.
