Are you an amateur filmmaker or a smartphone enthusiast? Have a creative flair? Or maybe you just have a webcam and know how to use it. Then listen up, because this competition is for you! Starting August 1, ISPI is launching a new video contest, PI Success Stories. Help us share the achievements, challenges, and our passion for results by showing others what we do best!
Performance improvement (PI) professionals around the world make a difference every day in the companies, nonprofits, educational institutions, the military, and governments they serve. Their work creates results that help organizations survive, improve, and flourish. But many people are unfamiliar with the PI field and may not understand the great work that PI professionals do.
That’s where PI Success Stories comes in.
Tell Us Your Stories!
Real-life stories about implementing PI strategies in the workplace to solve problems and achieve results are exciting, tangible illustrations of PI at work. Help us paint a picture of what PI is all about and why organizations who have not fully explored the opportunities that PI brings really should!
Tell us your story by submitting a two- to five-minute video that:
- Inspires us with a success you have had in the workplace
- Gives us a sense of the challenge and the solution you chose
- Shares examples of positive outcomes and lessons learned
- Shows us how you added value to your PI project
Submit and Win Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the top five scoring videos. Winners will receive a $200 American Express gift card, enjoy recognition in a national and local press release, and be honored at the video premiere at the 2013 THE Performance Improvement Conference in Reno, Nevada.
Additionally, the first 10 videos submitted to the competition will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
The PI Success Stories competition runs August 1 through December 31, 2012. Learn about the contest rules, submission details, and additional information. Get out your webcam, camera phone, or digital video camera and start on your video today!
