ISPI and Ithaca College have partnered to offer an updated Online Professional Certificate in Performance Improvement Management. Ithaca College offers a professional certificate program designed to meet the professional development needs and the increasing workplace demands of organizational leaders and managers. Seminars are facilitated by faculty and others affiliated with Ithaca College, providing participants with opportunities to consult with leading experts in the field. In response to feedback from ISPI members, Ithaca College has updated its online professional certificate in Performance Improvement Management. Highlights include:

  • Choose from a flexible menu of 16 seminars representing the breadth and depth of contemporary practice in performance improvement management and allied disciplines
  • Earn a Level 2 certificate by completing four additional seminars
  • Three new seminars in breakthrough areas of practice:
    • Crisis Communication, offered by Roger D’Aprix
    • Solving Performance Problems Across Cultures, offered by Edward Nathan
    • Developing Organizational Knowledge, offered by Scott Erickson

Each seminar is a two-week experience requiring 12-15 hours of work each week. Learning activities include readings, participation in online discussions, and projects relevant to current work assignments. The “anytime anywhere” format gives you the flexibility to fit learning activities into your schedule.
