Next In-Person Workshop to Be Held April 18-19

The International Society for Performance Improvement established the Certified Performance Technologist credential to help performance improvement professionals set themselves apart within their field. In fact, this year ISPI celebrates the 10th anniversary of the program!

CPT Benefits
Those who have earned their certification  say documenting their work as a part of certification has helped them:

  • Gain confidence in sharing the value they bring to employers and/or clients
  • Obtain new clients
  • Secure a new job, and
  • Set a course for continued career growth

The CPT is the sole performance improvement credential available that is based on a comprehensive, demonstration of real-world experience and competence across multiple projects. Those who earn their CPT recertify every three years to demonstrate their continued professional development and commitment to the field.

CPT Requirements
If you have at least three years of work experience in the performance and improvement or related field, you are eligible to apply. Applications are accepted year-round. Requirements include the following:

  • 3 years experience
  • Complete application which documents 3-7 projects and how they meet Performance Improvement Standards
