Skopje, Macedonia, September 22-24, 2011
ISPI EMEA–Europe, Middle East, Africa

Most well-designed conferences, organized and hosted by high-quality, leading-edge groups, provide participants with new information, access to high-powered experts, and opportunities to build their network of colleagues and resources. These conferences are increasingly available for virtual attendance. The ninth ISPI EMEA conference goes well beyond the benefits of other conferences. But, you really need to be there, to benefit from this uniquely valuable learning, sharing event, specifically designed to be active, interactive, innovative, and participative throughout. Ask yourself the following:

  • Where else will you have the chance to work with other professionals on a simulation running throughout the entire event and involving the real client?
  • How often are you able to sit in the same room with a panel of senior executives willing to share their views on real issues as you see them?

Here is what one executive (who was our brilliant keynote and new to ISPI EMEA) said about our last conference (2010):

“I found the conference to be very interactive, insightful and energizing. The caliber of presenters, topics and content was a reflection of the committee’s commitment to raising the performance & knowledge bar in a non-traditional yet very welcoming and experiential way.

You have demonstrated that high performance and engagement involves more than a formula or a program. It’s about being intentional about interactions, relationships and human activity…it’s an attitude, not merely a routine!”

Do not miss this opportunity to contribute your unique perspective to the very real, very important topic that we all face–and the theme for the ninth ISPI EMEA conference–Transforming Performance Challenges into Opportunities in an Environment of Continuous Change.

Being There
ISPI EMEA conferences provide a genuine incentive for in-person attendance, which is greater than their appealingly intimate size and truly international nature. Features, such as a Simulation Case Study that runs throughout our conferences, form a safe and fun opportunity to apply skills. Another unique feature, our senior executive panel, provides a rare window into the thoughts of senior executives. We are delighted to announce four impressive senior executives who you will meet in Skopje. Do not miss this opportunity to join us for the 2011 ISPI EMEA, Skopje conference.

In addition to the simulation and senior executive panel, we will once again host a compelling keynote speaker. Visit the ISPI EMEA Featured Speaker Page to learn more about Didier Schott, HR Processes & Systems Director at Schlumberger, and a description of the presentation he plans to share. Presenters from eight countries will offer sessions covering a range of important performance improvement topics and performance improvement topics delivered in a casual roundtable format; and a special evening event, during which we will tour the ancient and lovely city of Skopje, followed by a group dinner.

Simulation Case Study
An original simulation, based on a real organization within the marketplace or operating reality, which forms the centerpiece for each conference, is an ISPI EMEA tradition. This year, representatives of the Minister of the Economy of Macedonia, along with two of his staff members, will participate directly in the simulation! For the first time in ISPI EMEA conference history, participants will have the rare and valuable opportunity to work on a real case study, presented by the actual client. Visit the ISPI EMEA Conference page for more information on the Simulation Case Study.
