During the past 20 years, Mr. Schott has always worked in a global environment, in ‘B-to-B’ (Business to Business), high Technology and Services Business sector where he developed a double competence in Business Management and Human Resources. His primary strengths are in General Management (strategy, HR, P&L, Change Management), Human Resources (strategy, career development, motivation, recruitment, harmonization, Processes & Systems) Project Management, and Sales & Marketing.
