Stack of books with mouseWe have an array of training, performance, and HPT models to guide us, but most of us in staff support roles, like HR, lack business models to help see the organization from the perspective of business managers. Based on their new book, Organizational Intelligence, Ken Silber, CPT, PhD, and Lynn Kearny, CPT, will show you how to think and talk about an organization as business managers do. You will be introduced to the seven underlying business logics that managers use and the assumptions and metrics that drive management decision making. Business logics include external, economic, strategic, customer, product and service, process, and internal and learning factors.
